As an Outdoor Terrace Grille Host, you will greet and seat guests, manage walk-in reservations, and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will be pivotal in creating a pleasant and efficient dining environment.

You will be spreading joy on a full-time seasonal basis from Spring to Fall. Weekends, nights, and holidays are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
• Handle walk-ins reservations and wait times efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Assist with coordinating table service.
• Address guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or dining environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, and unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays.

Performance Measurement:

• 90-day performance review, annual performance review, attendance, productivity, feedback from others, Guest Response scores, etc.
