    Job Description

    You will be responsible for conducting data analysis, evaluating market trends, and ensuring our total reward packages are competitive to market trends and industry/location benchmarks. Help develop creative recommendations for action that are aligned with the business and strategic goals.

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of compensation and benefits data, including salaries, incentives and programs; evaluate the effectiveness and recommend modifications to align with evolving business needs and trends
    • Provide guidance to People team functions and management regarding compensation-related matters, such as job offers, promotions, salary adjustments, equity grants, budget allocation and incentive plans. Serve as an active advisor to the business
    • Support compensation processes including comp system, budget, ranges, surveys, training, and internal comp tools in alignment with the global C&B team, while meeting regional needs
    • Partner with cross-functional teams who oversee sales compensation and support data analysis, compensation administration, performance reporting, training and communication for relevant business groups, including global markets
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations on compensation programs, including cost analysis and ROI assessments
    • Act as a focal point and manage complex and multi-stakeholders compensation projects across the Americas (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico) and as needed on a global scale. Ensure accurate and timely administration of relevant compensation programs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 6 years experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs at a US regional level (multi-national preferred)
    • Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and HR information systems (HRIS).
    • Knowledge of compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation techniques, and market analysis
    • Understanding of sales compensation, equity-based compensation and/or benefits management and analysis experience -an advantage
    • Comfortable with participating in strategic and long-term planning but also in executing and maintaining day to day responsibilities
    • Your problem-solving and organizational skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement and improve processes in collaboration with both global and local teams
    • Organized and methodical collaborator by nature, highly analytical, able to influence and align multiple stakeholders, and have excellent communication skills
    • Embraces change, knowing how to navigate through uncertainty, and are able to come up with creative solutions that drive our strategy

    At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week


    Approximate base compensation $115,000-$130,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
