    Wohali is a fast-growing real estate development and private ultra-luxury community in its start-up phase comprising of our own construction team and the imminent introduction of our resort services. We are looking for an Experience Advisor who acts as the host and the point of contact for our guests and members. As an Experience Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping, driving and supporting the unparallel experience to our owners and guests.

    We are a start-up and a fast-growing real estate development company. Being part of a start-up team, given the influential nature of this role of the Experience Advisor on the owner and guest experience, we believe it is essential for the Experience Advisor to be on site to embrace our company, its teams and the community we are building.

    Position Overview

    The Guest Service Valet will act as the host and is the main contact for our guests, owners and members when onsite and act as the host in the Manor. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about turning moments into memories for our guests, members and owners and ensure that they have an exceptional guest experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome all guests, owner and members to the Manor and act as the host to a private home
    • Actively engaged in all guest communications including phone and email correspondence, itinerary building of future arrivals as well as face to face contact with in house guests, members and owners
    • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met and exceeded their satisfaction
    • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
    • Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
    • Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
    • Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests
    • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
    • Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
    • Assist the department with the execution of special events as needed
