We are seeking an experienced Residential Framing Carpenter to join our team at Wohali located in Coalville, Utah. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient framing of high-end residential structures within the resort property. Your craftsmanship will contribute to the creation of luxurious living spaces that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

1. Framing: Execute precise and efficient framing of residential structures, including walls, floors, and roofs, using advanced carpentry techniques and high-quality materials.

2. Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret architectural plans and blueprints accurately to ensure the precise execution of framing details, dimensions, and specifications.

3. Material Management: Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of framing materials, optimizing workflow, and minimizing downtime.

4. Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards throughout the framing process, ensuring that all structures meet or exceed luxury resort specifications.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other members of the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a framing carpenter, preferably in the construction of luxury residential properties or high-end resorts.
