Administrative Assistant
Position: Administrative Assistant Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt. Temp-to-hire after 90 days Compensation: $20 per hr. Location: Prefer Greater Puget Sound Area, Portland Metro Area, Idaho, Montana, Alaska Schedule: 9am-5pm M-F Supervisor: CEO Start Date: July 2024
Who We Are: Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBEC) Pacific is a 501(c)3 economic development organization assisting women in establishing and growing sustainable businesses. We deliver business development programs and certify women-owned businesses across a six-state region.
The Opportunity: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the CEO and Board of Directors, managing the CEO's calendar, preparing materials for Board meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the CEO's calendar and handle correspondence
Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Board meetings
Maintain and update the organization's CRM system
Assist with events, programs, and special projects as needed
Collaborate with other teams and departments
Requirements:
Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
