    Salary: $75,000 - $88,000

    At Armada Physical Therapy, we are seeking a passionate Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Specialist Physical Therapist to join our team.     Position Summary:

    • Provide specialized Physical Therapy with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health in an outpatient setting
    • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pre/postnatal care, and post-surgical recovery
    • Collaborate with clinical team members to deliver optimal patient care
    • Engage and build connections with both team members and the community
    • Document care using a state-of-the-art EMR for streamlined reporting and data collection
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and insurance regulations

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Knowledge and experience in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation, including treating conditions across various age groups and stages
    • Empathy and excellent communication skills to handle sensitive patient concerns and provide supportive care
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-stress situations

    Education and Experience:

    • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program
    • Current NM license in good standing from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
    • Specialized training or certification in pelvic floor therapy preferred (support for certification may be available)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Extensive standing, walking, reaching, and handling of equipment
    • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and transferring of patients
