This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a large, dynamic space, including an urban food hall with two full bars, a speakeasy, and a golf simulator lounge. Your Qualifications. Successful candidates will have ~

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and bar setting

Extensive knowledge of beverage operations and management

Ability to manage and motivate a large team

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Passion for creating memorable customer experiences

Hands-on leadership style and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the business

Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit.

Valid WA State Food Workers Card.
