    Job Description

    Most Often Needed Roles:

    Associate Creative Director

    • Work in partnership with other Creatives, under the direction of the CCO, to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs across a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences and content
    • Manage the development of content that adheres to brand standards and work alongside creative and marketing team leads to further establish brand tone and copy guidelines
    • Apply your conceptual thinking and specific discipline skills across a range of brand projects and touchpoints, including TV/video, social and influencer campaigns, experiential activations, point-of-sale and collateral, print, out-of-home, CRM, branding and logo design, packaging, publishing, media and PR programs, and much more

    Copywriters

    • Concept for a variety of fun, simple, inspiring and good-for-you brands
    • Craft creative and compelling content across a variety of mediums
    • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create cohesive brand messaging

    Project Managers

    • Manage multiple projects (both digital and offline) simultaneously from concept to delivery
    • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and specs as needed
    • Identify and communicate issues and roadblocks with appropriate teams while having a POV on recommended solutions

    Proofreader

    • Ensure everything that crosses your desktop and screen is 100% error-free
    • Work with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to ensure that all communications and materials stay faithful to each brand’s voice
    • Communicate with the project managers to make sure project deadlines are met
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Seeking a wide range of experience, entry level to seasoned Creative Director
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage shifting priorities
    • Impeccable attention to detail, with an emphasis on maintaining creative excellence
    • Pease include a cover letter or strong portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, writing skills and attention to detail to execute superbly in a variety of mediums
    • Past experience out of a creative agency setting with a focus on CPG is a plus

    Pay Range: Compensation is based on position, level of skills and experience as well as project needs.
