Job Summary
We are looking for wonderful Caregivers to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You will need to operate with a big heart—not only providing personalized and attentive care, but also by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is needed.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light cleaning in the home, or assisting with personal care
keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Remind client of medications and meal prep
Engage patients in exercises or other activities
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited nurse assistant program
High School Diploma or GED
One year prior professional experience
Driver’s license required & insurance
CPR certification required or willing to
