    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for full time 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

    This position is based in Delano, CA and begins June 17, 2025. The schedule for this internship is Monday – Thursday from 7:30am – 4:30pm

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Student Registration Support: Assist with the student registration process, including collecting forms, entering data, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Data Entry: Input and update student information in the school's database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.
    • Cumulative Record Auditing: Help audit and maintain cumulative student files, ensuring they are complete and up to date.
    • Parent Communication: Provide support with parent phone calls, addressing inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate staff members.
    • Team Project Support: Assist the team with various office projects, including inventory management, organizing materials, and tracking supplies.
    • IT Support: Assist the IT team with managing and maintaining an inventory of technology equipment (laptops, tablets, etc.), including checking in and out devices and ensuring proper records are kept.
    • Family & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Family and Community Engagement team, helping with outreach and supporting school events or initiatives as needed.
    • Marketing & Communications Support: Assist with creating and managing content for social media platforms to keep the school community informed and engaged.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
    • Must upload a resume, professional reference, and cover letter with your application
    • Must be 18 years of age and junior or senior in college
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-directed and able to work autonomously
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    • Livescan clearance

    ** Pay: $18.50**
