Dedicated and detail-oriented Wood Assembler with hands-on experience in woodworking and manufacturing environments. Skilled in measuring and cutting materials accurately, and assembling wood components to exact specifications. Adept at using a variety of hand and power tools, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship.

Task:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions for fresh merchandiser units.

Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials accurately using saws, routers, and other tools.

Assemble wooden components into complete merchandiser units using nails, screws, adhesives, or fasteners.

Inspect parts for quality, ensuring all components meet design specifications and finish standards.

Sand

Operate woodworking machinery and maintain tools in proper working condition.

Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience working with wood or a related field.

Over a consecutive 1 year of using table saws.

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bilingual (Spanish)

Ability to read and write.
