    Influx Building Technologies specializes in offsite manufacturing and filed assembly of wood-framed commercial structures mostly in the hotel and multi-family sectors.

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Superintendent to oversee and manage wood-framing construction activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Oversight:
    • Provide leadership and direction to project superintendents and foremen on various construction projects.

    • Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.

    1. Team Management:
    • Supervise and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and other construction staff.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.

    1. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.

    • Implement and oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections.

    1. Resource Management:
    • Optimize the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.

    • Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of construction materials.

    1. Safety Compliance:
    • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on all job sites.

    • Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.

    1. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders.

    • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any challenges or deviations from plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a general superintendent or a similar high-level construction management role.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

    • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.

    Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    • Relevant certifications in construction management, project management, or related areas.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-level construction management roles.

    • Previous experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to visit and inspect job sites, including climbing ladders and navigating construction environments.
