NHance Wood Refinishing Company specializes in refinishing cabinets, wood floor's and general contracting company specializing in high-end residential & commercial construction seeks an efficient, communicative, and safety-minded construction general laborer and experienced Painter/Finisher with at least 2 years residential construction industry experience for full time flex on-site work.

Job requires knowledge of using HVLP spraying gun, ability to use high power floor buffing machine, hand and power tools, prepare job sites and clean up, follow directions closely, work independently and with a team, meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks. Self-motivated, problem solver with a strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and understanding of construction practices and industry safety standards. Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 80 lbs. Good English language skills (written and spoken) needed.

Valid California Drivers' License, with good driving record, and own reliable transportation needed to get to warehouse in Oceano, CA. Willing to drive company vehicle up to 170 miles each way to job sites in San Luis Obispo, Monterey, Fresno counties, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties. Company offers mileage compensation & hotel & food stipend.

Excellent pay $200 + a day or more depending on experience, and full-time work Monday through Friday. Health benefits offered. Good opportunity to grow with a solid, up and family owned general contracting company.

We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position of wood refinishing technician. This is year-round, consistent work. No experience necessary; we are willing and want to train you in this trade.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for:

Masking and cleaning cabinet doors and drawers

Transporting cabinet doors and drawers

Cleaning and sanding frames

Maintaining and cleaning tools

Using waterborne and shellac based paints

To qualify for this position you must:

Previous experience masking, painting, or spraying cabinets is a plus

High attention to detail

Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle

Have clean driving record, within the past three years

Have a willingness to take something old and make it look brand new again

Be available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-5pm

High school or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to work multiple locations
