The perfect candidate will demonstrate outstanding abilities in creating distinctive wooden features for a range of buildings, including retirement communities, homes, and hospitality establishments. Primary duties involve molding dimensional timber into personalized wood panels and trusses. Responsibilities: • Cut, assemble, and fabricate wooden panels and trusses according to blueprints and specifications • Operate power tools and other machinery safely and efficiently • Measure and inspect completed panels and trusses to ensure compliance with quality standards • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to customer specifications • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications: • Knowledge of reading and interpreting schematics • Familiarity with operating power tools and other machines • Providing a detailed and quality-oriented approach • Ability to work well with a group of people Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
