    Woolever Insurance Agency in Delaware, Ohio is seeking an ambitious individual as customer support staff to assist with day-to-day operations of the business. An award-winning agency based in Delaware, Ohio specializing in Auto, Home, Life and Commercial insurance. The hourly range is based on experience plus bonus opportunities!

    Job Responsibilities

    • Receive Phone Calls and Office Visitors

    • Review and Process Client Changes, Additions, Revisions, Cancelations, Payments

    • Proactively Schedule Annual Professional Insurance Reviews

    • Keep Record of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Inquiries, and Comments

    • Administer and Adhere to Agency Practices and Procedures

    • Quote preparation and gathering information for final review

    • Maintain Agency Database & Assist in Marketing Campaigns

    Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

    • Must have Property and Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain

    • Must be detail oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task

    • Demonstrates Professional Demeanor

    • Excellent Phone Communication Skills Required

    • Manage Agency Correspondence Including Email, Fax, and Mail

    • Previous Customer Service Experience Required

    • Must have solid PC Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Strong Analytical Capability

    • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)

    • Must be comfortable with web-based software applications
