Mandatory Skills

At least 5 years of experience in Mastery of Wordpress platform and application.

4+ year of experience in role as IT project manager leading complex , enterprise wide technical and/or business intiatives - experience working with senior leadership

4+ year of experience managing SDLC waterfall/agile process.

3+ Years in vendor management.

Experience working with city new York agencies is a plus but not mandatory.

PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.

Desirable Skills

4+ years in gathering requirements, business analysis, use cases and creating functional requirements.

3+ years of experience managing web based applications
