Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist the owner and manager with various tasks as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with payroll by collecting and verifying technician timecards.
- Support the accounting department with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process employee PTO/sick time requests.
- Liaise with the warehouse manager on all purchase orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service when needed.
- Support HR with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing files and answering questions.
- Maintain accurate data entry and updates within the computer system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Act as a point person for new employee questions, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in Home Services preferred.
