    Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Assist the owner and manager with various tasks as needed.
    • Conduct outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with payroll by collecting and verifying technician timecards.
    • Support the accounting department with accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Process employee PTO/sick time requests.
    • Liaise with the warehouse manager on all purchase orders.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service when needed.
    • Support HR with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing files and answering questions.
    • Maintain accurate data entry and updates within the computer system.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
    • Act as a point person for new employee questions, fostering a welcoming environment.


    Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

    • Experience in Home Services preferred.
    • Demonstrate a friendly and respectful demeanor towards colleagues, customers, and partners.
    • Conduct yourself with honesty, transparency, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
