Drevo Inc., a leader in commercial construction, is seeking a Working Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial finish carpentry and installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical skills, the ability to manage crews on-site, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and manage job sites from start to finish, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

· Oversee the installation of exterior finishes (e.g., Nichiha, James Hardie, Knotwood, Longboard, ACM) and interior products (e.g., millwork, countertops, crown molding, commercial doors).

· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

· Interpret and execute project plans, shop drawings, and specifications.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while enforcing safety protocols.

· Mentor and guide installation technicians to ensure productivity, quality, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven leadership experience in commercial finish carpentry and installation.

· Hands-on skills with exterior cladding systems and interior finish products.

· Ability to manage multiple job sites and crews simultaneously.

· Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.

· Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
