WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! Working Solutions is seeking full-time development specialist, who will work virtually from the comfort of their home offices, motivating, teaching and developing sessions and simulations to ensure agent performance and contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions.

BASIC FUNCTION

• Complete training necessary to thoroughly understand the clients business and program requirements.
• Design and develop motivational and creative virtual live sessions and/or simulations to teach and motivate large or small groups immediately after preparation and as needed to improve program performance.
• Lead and deliver large and small group sessions such as huddles, workshops, and round tables to maintain or improve program performance.
• Participate in and contribute to customer and client listening calibrations to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Recognize needs and provide coaching, tips and/or performance updates for agent improvements and achievements.
• Coordinate with Operations team to receive direction regarding program performance such as quality scores, outliers, and opportunities.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with Education team to identify trends, hurdles, and goals to develop bridge- building programs.
• Create and lead motivational contests and tips to assist agents in successfully meeting or exceeding client performance metrics.

**TO QUALIFY FOR EMPLOYEE POSITIONS, CANDIDATES MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT

All of our Instructors possess a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL WE LOVE TO SEE EXPERIENCE TEACHING CHILDREN AND CREATING CURRICULUM (VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT, BUT A PLUS). TEACHING IS A REQUIREMENT FOR CONSIDERATION.

Communicate, Communicate, and Communicate! Success in this area is so important and goes hand in hand with the ability to really motivate learning.

Working from home requires organization and independently driven individuals. Instructors are highly motivated and able to learn and communicate lots of information.

If youre able to successfully prioritize moving at lightning speed this is a great opportunity. Also, its all about the details, so being able to multitask without accuracy or quality suffering is key!

Working virtually requires excellent computer skillsyour computer will be your best friend! We use numerous teaching tools and programs, so instructors need to be open to new learning these systems quickly.

And last, but not least - willingness to HAVE FUN, be creative, and inspire learning!

Education degree or teaching certification

3-5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience preferred

Knowledge of call center processes and techniques a huge plus
