Whether it's making sure new hires have everything they need on day one, planning a company celebration, handling financial processes, or ensuring the office is set up for success, you create the foundation that allows our team to thrive.

    This role blends office operations, employee experience, event planning, IT coordination, and financial responsibilities to ensure a seamless and engaging workplace. You will foster a culture of performance, connection, and community , ensuring that our people feel supported, empowered, and able to do their best work every day.

    What You'll Do

    Office & Administrative Operations (30%)

    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
    • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.
    • Maintain a welcoming and engaging office environment for employees and visitors.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries and logistics.

    Culture & Employee Experience (25%)

    • Foster a culture of performance, connection, and community by supporting employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
    • Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee experience , ensuring people feel valued and connected.
    • Organize team celebrations, holiday events, and appreciation activities to build a strong sense of community.

    **Event Planning & Coordination (20%) **

    • Plan and execute company events, offsites, and internal meetings.
    • Coordinate logistics, catering, and vendor management for seamless event execution.
    • Partner with leadership to support external business events as needed.
    • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.

    **Financial & Vendor Management (20%) **

    • Manage office purchases, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments through Ramp.
    • Handle expense tracking, reconciliation, and reporting using QuickBooks.
    • Maintain accurate financial records for office-related purchases and budgets.
    • Process and approve invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.
    • Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with company policies.

    Employee IT Onboarding Coordination (5%)

    • Coordinate with IT to ensure new hires receive the necessary laptops, software access, and office equipment.
    • Serve as the point of contact for IT requests related to onboarding , escalating technical issues to IT as needed.

    Who You Are

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing office and operational tasks.
    • A people-first problem solver who enjoys creating a workplace culture that fosters performance, connection, and community.
    • Comfortable managing financial responsibilities such as expense tracking, payments, and vendor management.
    • Strong at event planning and coordination , with a knack for creating engaging experiences.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace tools (experience with Ramp & QuickBooks is a plus).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, finance, IT coordination, or event planning.
    • Experience handling employee experience, office operations, vendor coordination, and financial processes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment.
