We are looking for a Business Solutions/Data Specialist to **** develop business solutions analytics, as directed by Business Solutions Manager, with a focus on profit generation through cost-saving proposals, right-sizing, and other initiatives to best satisfy customers in terms of savings and landfill diversion while maximizing profits for the company in all lines of business.

Your specific duties will include:

• Creating Baselines using various forms of data (invoices, client data, completed site audits)
• Effectively create profit generating projects and proposals
• Deliver on deadlines for profit generating projects and proposals
• Align with organizational profit generation tactics and strategy as directed by Business Solutions Manager
• Maintain a positive and motivational relationship with internal and external teams
• Maintain and update existing data
• Examine and use statistical methods to analyze information (invoices, system, sales, or other data) and develop solutions to business problems
• Provides problem-solving resources and solutions to complex initiatives for other team members
• Deliver profit generating solutions as directed by Business Solutions Manager to complete monthly profit goals • Be thorough and ensure the accuracy of all initiatives and projects

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum Education Requirement: Associates degree or related field or combination of related work experience and education required
• Demonstrated at least three years of experience and working knowledge in the area of profit generation, including performance monitoring, problem resolution and quality product delivery
• The ability to think outside the box and problem solve as situations present themselves
• A track record of accuracy and delivery to scope and due date of assignments (Attention to Detail)
• Mastered skills with Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
