ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
As the sole point of contact many consumers have with our team, a Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in creating advocates for the companies we work with. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in-bound service center, consistent with service and quality standards.
***This is a full-time WFH position, must be located within Treasure Valley. Please note training will be done socially distanced in our office for 30 days before we send you to work from home.
This role offers a base pay with the opportunity to increase based on skilling and bonuses. The average pay after training is $14.75.
