We are currently seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst , Senior to support our PAX River customer. This is a contingent opportunity (contingent upon successful contract award to Precise Systems.)
THE PROGRAM/PROJECT/MANAGEMENT ANALYST, SENIOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: MA/MS degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline and two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting to anti-submarine warfare systems development related to air platforms. Demonstrate experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrate knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming and Budget Execution process, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Experienced in processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: We are seeking a number of candidates holding either a Secret or Top Secret clearances.
