Radiance Technologies is seeking a mechanical engineering student for a temporary-on-call intern position. The hired candidate will support the engineering staff in performing design and analysis for various mechanical components to include the generation of drawings and technical reports. Experience with design, analysis, and fabrication is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a project group are required. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• SolidWorks Design/Analysis
• Project Leadership
• Basic fabrication skills; Experience with machining tools, i.e. mills, drill press, engine lathes

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Lab and design experience from class and outside projects
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Experience with basic hand tools

Required Experience

• Experience with Computer Aided Design (e.g. Solid Edge or SolidWorks)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
