    Compensation: Total compensation, $65,000-85,000, (Base + On Target Earnings) (compensation commensurate with experience)

    Wove is looking for a Jewelry Sales Representatives to join our remote-first team, with an optional physical location available in Lancaster, PA.

    -We actually have unique selling propositions. We provide clients an exact at home try-on experience of their ring by building an exact replica of their design. Once clients receive this, they fall in love and buy. This means as a sales rep, your role is to show them the value in simply trying it out at home, and then let the product do the work for you. 

    -We build everything with Master Goldsmiths in the US, directly for the client. This means you do not have to try to sell off of limited existing inventory, and you know the product is of the highest quality. We can build anything for any client you're working with. 

    -Our US presence and robust custom shop allows us to build quality rings faster than any competitors. We get clients a custom exact replica in 7 days for home try-on. We can deliver the final custom ring in 10 days or less. Everywhere else will tell you 4-8 weeks for custom. 

    -Our average order value is $12,000. 

    -Our demand is growing fast. We are hiring to try to keep up with it. You will have a high volume of qualified leads. Your earnings will not be capped. We provide an expected range for an average rep in the compensation section, but top performers will be compensated accordingly.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for a proactive Sales Rep who will join an experienced team committed to delivering the world's most delightful engagement ring shopping experience. You will be responsible for 1) Leading Consultations with clients to guide them towards an engagement ring and wedding band decision, 2) Contacting, corresponding and booking leads who signed up through our website, 3) Ensuring clients show up to your scheduled consultations through personalized touch points, 4) Maintaining and updating your clients in our CRM, 5) Tracking and updating you client all the way through the production pipeline to final ring delivered. 

    The right candidate will be a delight for clients to interact with, have a deep understanding of all things engagement rings and wedding bands, including all designs, metal trade-offs, diamond colors/cuts, and typical industry pricing, and aim to exceed goals monthly. You need to be incredibly motivated to be a top performer month over month.

    Wove is a Direct to Consumer, 21st Century Jewelry company offering a collaborative commerce experience that pairs consumers with our world-class jewelry consultants (you!). We educate and guide couples on the creation of a one of a kind engagement ring and wedding bands on a remote consultation, and then build them an exact replica to try on at home in just 1 week. We empower couples with our collaborative platform to make design adjustments for their final ring build. 

    We then build and deliver the couple their final ring, built by our team of master goldsmiths. The couple gets to keep their replica as an Adventure Ring for travel , which they love! The process gives tribute to a couple’s ability to co-create the life they choose. Their rings will be the first of many collaborations a Wove couple will author in the life they build together. 

    WHAT IS THE JOB ROLE? 

    Your primary focus will be working directly with clients over Zoom, email, and SMS to consult and ultimately sell engagement rings and wedding bands. You will also be cross functionally collaborating with our marketing team and jewelry production team. 

    [REQUIREMENTS] 

    The person we are looking for has the following skills and competencies:

    -Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the jewelry industry

    -Jewelry passion is a must, Jewelry knowledge and GIA training are preferred, but not required

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt to the needs of the customer

    -Ability to close sales using a friendly, outgoing and professional approach

    -Ability to prioritize, multi-task tasks and resolve inquiries quickly

    -Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications, including Customer Relationship Management Software
