We are looking for a candidate that enjoys creating quality products and has an eye for detail!

The Gelcoat Wrapper preps and wraps all molds prior to being sprayed with Gelcoat.

The candidates must be able to work ANY shift needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean all molds before wrapping.
• Notify supervisor immediately when molds are damaged
• Wrap and prep molds for Gel coating.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Follow instructions of Manager/Supervisor/Lead
• Inspects all parts so that they are complete and up to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature
• 1+ years experience with boat Gelcoat spraying preferred
• Prefer Autobody painting experience
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment required for the job, such as a respirator, apron, etc.
• Can work in a team environment under time constraints with a positive attitude
• Eye for detail and maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Must be able to use and maintain a variety of hand tools
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain quality control and work to quality standards
• Must be flexible - willing to work a varied schedule
