The HR Intern will be predominately responsible for developing job descriptions, compiling market data, and title mapping. In this role, you will gain exposure to the generalist side of Human Resources. We are looking for a determined and collaborative teammate with a drive for organization and efficiency. This person must also respect the confidential nature of HR information and demonstrate maturity and emotional intelligence. What you’ll do:Job Descriptions| Audit, format, and organize Job Descriptions across all departments. Work with Managers to complete any missing Job Descriptions. Market Data| Develop a tracking and organization mechanism to capture market data by role. Job Mapping | Develop a mapping tool to map career architecture assignments to roles across all departments.Administration | Support any reporting, proofing, or special projects as needed.Who you are:Detail-oriented and organized | Understand how to organize information in an easy to read and easy to maintain format. Confident | Ask questions and work with more senior coworkers.Optimistic and resilient | Dig in and figure out how to work around problems.
