The Manufacturing Manager directs and controls the work activities of subordinate personnel of Assembly and Test departments. Supervises Assembly and Test Technicians who are responsible for manufacturing assemblies and sub-assemblies in accordance with operation sheets, test procedures, and standard operating procedures. Monitors work activities and ensure timely work order execution. Coordinates and assigns work to manufacturing associates to achieve daily production and quality goals. Must be able to assemble product or perform specific manufacturing processes during high resource demands.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; majors include: Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Quality Engineer, Industrial Technology or Business Management.
EXPERIENCE: 12-15 years of related experience combined with 4 years supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of PCs and various software like Microsoft Office. Ability to interact with varying levels of management, subordinates, co-workers and customers as needed.
