Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years’ of experience in Casino operations, Casino Marketing or Player Development.
- Executive must be able to communicate these differences to the casino and resort to ensure the guest is properly received and accommodated where appropriate.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can think dynamically.
- Polished and sharp presentation is required at all times.
- Must possess superior communication skills.
- Requires a willingness to work beyond the boundaries of an average workday to gain success.
- Must be able to work proficiently with deadlines and must possess a positive and “whatever it takes” attitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present time of start date.
