Product & Development Administrative Assistant

The Product & Development Assistant will perform diverse, tactical, and administrative tasks within the Product & Development Team. Essential Functions
· Updating and reviewing product lists, photo shoot descriptions, and repack lists
· Updating internal database item descriptions, pricing, dimensions, materials, and product general information
· Review and ensure the need for bulk images, model images, product videos, and product artwork
· Revise and ensure the accuracy of customer e-blast communications, name trademarks, and updated packaging images
· Create Item Master Sheet, item SKUs, and pack lists, and generate UPCs and vendor emails
· Unbox and review product samples, enter sample orders, and ship samples
· Enter sales orders, quotes, and RMAs
**Requirements & Skills **
· Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult products
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a product development or e-commerce setting
· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail & organizational skills
· Adept at task prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
· Strong self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment or independently
· Education: High School Diploma/GED
· Physical Demands: Able to work in a seated position for 6-8hrs daily; Ability to occasionally lift items up to 25 LBS
Preferred Experience & Skills:
· 1+ years of experience in data entry or sales administration
· Experience with SAGE or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Work Schedule:
· Full-Time position, Mon-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
· Ability to support core work hours ****
Compensation & Benefits:
· $18 - $21 per hour based on experience
