Local Tucson delivery service is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers, our drivers, and our dispatch team by providing service information, updating customer portals, coordinating with drivers, entering orders, resolving delivery issues, and much more. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide real-time updates to customer portals as our drivers complete jobs
• Assist dispatchers to communicate and coordinate with drivers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Document and update orders based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our customers' requirements

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service or related fields
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience using WhatsApp a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• COVID-19 vaccination required
