WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO JOIN OUR CUSTOMER CARE AND SALES TEAM. If you love helping people, enjoy interior design on any level, and have a knack creative problem solving, this position is a great fit. We take a service and consultation-based approach to helping our clients, providing display solutions both standard and custom. We provide training on-the-job, so there's room for growth!

This team acts as the face and voice of Xylem. Communicating with incoming inquiries and identifying the best solution for both corporate and residential customers, the conversations range from answering simple questions with art collectors about material selection, dimensions, and lighting recommendations for their display, to playing liaison between our estimating/design team and our corporate clients as custom projects come to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Providing product and display knowledge and pricing to people who call or email us with questions
• Turning incoming calls generated by the marketing team into sales
• Working with engineering and estimating on custom solutions
• Delivering world-class service to our awesome customers and team members
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, creating quotes, invoices and processing payments
• 100% inbound sales, no cold calling or prospecting

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

• Play well with others and have a good sense of humor
• Have great communication skills, are creative, and can think in three-dimensions
• Are naturally curious and love to learn
• Are resilient and have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are positive, have a drive for results, and can manage ambiguity

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have experience in sales
• Enjoy design, specifically interior design
• Love to continuously improve

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience, in any form
• Ability to work onsite in our Fort Collins, CO office
