    Job Description

    [YLSN Distribution LLC] is a fast-paced, dynamic, wholesale vape distributor based in the United States. Our Distribution Channel team is searching for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative who consistently exceeds expectations, who thrives in a challenging workplace, and who can actively contribute to our talented team.

     

    As an Inside Sales Representative, you will create the first impression for our prospective customers through business development activities, follow-ups on their inquiries and from our marketing programs. You should have both a sales and technical background that enables you to successfully manage a high volume of activity to achieve activity-based metrics, as well as experience establishing credibility with decision makers. You will actively drive inside sales calls and deliver pipeline and closed business to the sales organization.

     

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

     

    · Collaborate with the Outside Field Sales and Warehouse teams

    · Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in company sales system

    · Attain daily inside sales calls/email activities – collect sales order details with customers, create sales orders/invoices in sales system, collect receipts from customers, apply payment in sales system, etc.

    · Ensure customer satisfaction, including providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers, and seeking to deeply understand the needs of your customers, both internal and external, and strive to design and advocate for solutions that will delight them

    · Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of vape distribution, while understanding and identifying opportunities for customers

    · Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team

    · Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

    · Limited travel

     

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

     

    · 2+ years of Inside Sales experience

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

    · Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

     

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    · 1-2 years of prior experience influencing sellers, importers or distributors desirable

    · Successfully navigate through fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity like startup. Enjoy learn from doing and build from scratch. Can identify insight quickly and setup SOP and mechanism instead of requiring detail guidance to follow

    · Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact.

    · Enjoy hangs-on solving customer pain point effectively instead of waiting for others

    · Good organizational and time management skills

    · Exceptional skills in data manipulation and analysis

    · Ability to be flexible in shift assignments and work areas
