Flowly Solutions is actively hiring a yard worker for our logistics team.

This is a full time, permanent role with the goal of promoting you within the company. This is a Monday through Friday position, no weekend work will be required. You must be available to work overtime if it is needed.

This is an entry level job but prior experience as a yard worker is preferred. We are open to training the right candidate. You must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. You will be preparing customer orders for pickup and performing basic maintenance on machinery.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the yard and ensuring it is organized and tidy
• Preparing orders for customer pickup and assisting with loading products into their vehicles
• Working directly with customers and remaining professional at all times
• Creating work orders and using our computer systems to process them
• Performing basic maintenance of machines such as changing fluids and parts
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the correct point of contact
• Assisting with customer questions about products and explaining how to use them
• Staging items for pickup to ensure they are ready when the customer arrives
• Learning out computer software to effectively use it on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a yard worker is preferred but it is not required
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Computer literacy and the ability to type
• Customer service experience and the ability to remain professional
• The willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and move the entire work day
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
