The Yellow Green Farmers Market is hiring a Receptionist for a full time position.
SCHEDULE –
Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 6 pm.
Monday, Thursday, and Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
· Days off are Tuesday and Wednesday
MUST COMMUNICATE IN SPANISH
Responsibilities -
Screening and routing calls, answering customer and vendor questions, greeting clients, assisting new vendors in requirements to create their business, monthly rental collections, cash box transactions, preparing correspondence, creating graphic posters, ordering of supplies, and other miscellaneous office duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and people skills, will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and will have strong computer skills (including MS Office tools).
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work in many different areas of the organization. A small office team runs the whole show, from Vendor and Customer interactions to all our social media and advertising. We also create a weekly email newsletter. The position works closely with the General Manager and the team in all day-to-day operations of the business.
