Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized infusion therapy to patients in their homes. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Travel to patients' homes to administer infusion therapy.

Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.

Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy and self-care techniques.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Valid California nursing license (RN).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Previous experience in infusion therapy or home health care preferred.

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
