Founded in 2015 in California, StretchLab empowers clients to “Live Long” through a consistent one-on-one stretching program. StretchLab has brought together the largest group of experts in personal training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy, massage therapy, kinesiology/exercise science, and many more related certified and licensed fields. StretchLab is the first and only assisted stretch service with a Nationally Accredited Flexologist ™ training program ensuring clients receive a world class stretching session. Flexologists ™ provide professional one-on-one assisted stretches helping members with a customized mobility program working to increase their range of motion, reduce pain and eliminate joint stiffness.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Encourage and motivate clients throughout one on one stretch sessions.
Assist with offsite promotional events.
Grow StretchLab memberships and retain current clientele.
Love of boutique fitness environment required; passion for stretching, mobility. and flexibility is strongly preferred.
Strong social media acumen preferred.
Qualifications:
Health/Wellness degree, license, or current Fitness certification required
Exercise science/ health science / kinesiology graduates
Personal Trainer
Certified Yoga, Pilates, or Group Fitness Instructor
Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant
Chiropractor
Massage Therapist
1-2 years health & wellness field experience preferred
Must be available to complete StretchLab’s Nationally Accredited paid 2 day in-person Flexologist ™ Training Program.
Willingness to work weekends and ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week in block scheduling (3-4 hour minimum shifts)
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with a client.
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
