As a mover or driver, you will have a partner and together you provide a world class customer service experience in the handling of each customer's possessions- all while enjoying the beautiful Bay Area weather, and getting into fantastic shape! This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine the great work-out of moving with their customer service talents, all while adhering to our motto of Moving People, not just their boxes!
Job Responsibilities
Drive to and from moving jobs, as well as with customer possessions during moves Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer Perform truck inspections and moving equipment inventory Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: WOW-ing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude Sales: Ability to Identify sales opportunities Truck Operations: Safe operation of the "Junk Truck" Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, yard and garage junk) Marketing: Engage in guerilla marketing activities to increase revenue and put more money in your pocket
