EDUCATION LAW ATTORNEY

Young, Minney & Corr, LLP is a premier California education law firm of 30+ attorneys with offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, and San Diego representing schools in all matters, including but not limited to the practice area of special education, student discipline and other student related issues.

COMPETITIVE SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE STARTING AT $125,000 A YEAR, PLUS QUARTERLY BONUS SYSTEM. REMOTE HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT.

We are looking for an Education Law Attorney to join our team of charter school advocates. The ideal candidate:

• Will have 2 or more years of experience in Education Law.
• Has a specific focus on the areas of special education and/or student services (preferred).
• Should be highly skilled in legal research and analysis, legal writing, and client counseling.
• Is a friendly, collegial, detailed oriented strategist.
