  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Recruitment Operations: Support the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and planning recruitment events.
    • Candidate Experience & Engagement: Help enhance the candidate experience and serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a high level of communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Youth Coach Welfare & Retention: Assist in conducting regular youth coach check-ins to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for compliance-related tasks during each season.
    • Operations Support: Manage youth coach kit & equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment of supplies for 180+ coaches. Coordinate equipment requests and manage inventory, working through quarterly cycles to fulfill coach needs.
    • Strategic Support: Provide operational support for strategic initiatives, such as, coach retention strategies, and talent pipeline development.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Human Resources, Sports Management, or Business Administration.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships across multiple departments.

    Additional Information

    Because of the cyclical nature of the youth soccer industry, you will be required to work varying schedules to reflect our needs, including nights, weekends and various holidays. Position will require local travel and the requirement to be onsite at various programs.
