    Youth Empowerment Program

    ● Launched by UA3 in 2024, the Youth Empowerment Program is a year-round once a week after-school program in our Manhattan office designed to empower high school and college-aged youth. Our goal is to support mental health, enhance overall well-being, provide invaluable career development opportunities, and equip young individuals with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in school and future careers. ● For more information: https://www.ua3now.org/copy-of-youthleadership- development Responsibilities

    ● Develop and implement the Youth Empowerment Program, ensuring it aligns with UA3's mission and goals. ● Organize and facilitate a wide range of engaging activities, workshops, and programs as needed. ● Establish and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders including youths, parents, guest speakers, partners, and community-based organizations ● Manage and track program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and responsibly. ● Monitor and evaluate the program's effectiveness, regularly collecting and analyzing survey feedback for improvements. ● Supervise interns in their tasks and projects, and ensure the successful completion of assigned responsibilities. Qualifications

    ● Bachelor's degree required, with Master’s degree preferred, in a related field. ● More than 1 year of experience in non-profit organizations or equivalent settings. ● Demonstrated proficiency in program management and leadership roles, with a strong commitment to youth empowerment. ● Strong written and oral skills. ● Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
