Soccer Shots Inland Empire East is looking for an Early Education Soccer Instructor in the Greater Inland Empire area!

QUALIFICATIONS: Soccer Shots Coaches must love kids and soccer! Our coaches are enthusiastic and bring energy to every session! They must have reliable transportation, experience working with children, and have a great & fun attitude! A soccer background is a huge plus. Individuals who have completed at least 12 Early Childhood Education college units will have a leg up. The Soccer Shots team members must be excellent communicators – with children, parents, and each other! A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, or a student working toward obtaining one. In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
Must be able to present a copy of their TB test, MMR, and TDAP vaccinations upon hire.
WHAT YOU NEED: Coaches must be committed, reliable, professional, and responsible! Must have a great can-do attitude at all times. This position is ideal for candidates going to school to become a teacher or wanting a career path that involves working with young children. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must live locally. Shy personalities need not apply! SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY!
Most classes take place on weekday afternoons onsite at schools or public parks, with additional early evening classes held in spring, summer, and fall. Busy Saturday/Sunday morning sessions year-round.
Physical / Work Environment Requirements
Position functions in an outside sports environment which could have temperatures of extreme heat or cold, depending on time of year. Must be fine working in either.
Work requires the ability to run, stop, stoop, and bend (a physical, exercise-type regimen) in a minimum of 40-minute increments per session. Position requires the use of hands, arms, legs, and feet and may include lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion. Moderate gymnasium-like noises are associated with this position as well as excellent vision skills (with or without correction).
This position requires driving in and around the Greater Inland Empire East area. Can be required to drive to multiple sites at various schools and public park locations to conduct sessions.

Compensation: Training $16.50 per hour. Lead Coach $18- $30 per session, depending on job performance, experience, education, and credentials. This is a perfect job for college students!
