At least 18 years of age

Weekend and/or weeknight availability

Passion and love for working with children

Previous experience working with kids preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure safety of children under their care

Engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation.

Follow age-appropriate, tailored lesson plans

Maintain commitment to excellence, quality, and safety through participation in the game of soccer

Attend team meetings and all-staff meetings, as available

We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management.
