Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 250 locations around RDU area with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.
WHAT YOU GET:
$16 per 30-45 minute session (up to 35 sessions/week)
Ability to progress to $20 per session during first year of employment

WHAT YOU NEED:
Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
Ability to pass a Federal background check
Eligible to work in the U.S.
HOURS:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:30pm
Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
Part-time: minimum 10 hours/week
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Safely manage a class of up to 12 children.
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
Go home knowing you made a difference

We train the best coaches in the business
We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques.
Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
