Position Overview
The Program Director serves as both the Sales and Operations Manager for Overtime Athletics' after-school sports programs. This individual will be responsible for expanding and managing youth athletics programs, building relationships with schools and community partners, and ensuring high-quality program execution.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about youth sports. This role requires strong leadership in business development, marketing, staff management, and customer service to grow and maintain successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Program Growth & Development
Research and identify potential new territories for expansion.
Develop relationships with PTA coordinators, school principals, and community organizations to secure new program partnerships.
Launch new programs and oversee successful implementation.
Establish and grow summer camp partnerships.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase enrollment and awareness.
Manage online registration systems and create promotional materials (flyers, emails, social media).
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from parents, schools, and community partners.
Conduct ongoing quality control checks, collecting feedback from instructors, parents, and partners.
Operations & Staff Management
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Instructors.
Schedule Instructors and manage program logistics.
Ensure all instructors complete necessary background clearances.
Oversee program execution, including on-site evaluations and staff performance reviews.
Manage payroll spreadsheets and instructor compensation tracking.
Program Oversight & Execution
Maintain and update the daily program board for accurate scheduling.
Ensure all equipment and program materials are properly maintained and distributed.
Continuously explore new revenue opportunities within existing territories.
Execute staff incentive programs to drive performance and retention.
Lead community outreach efforts to engage families and schools.
Job Requirements
Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
Strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs across different locations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Logistics
Full-time position
Mobile work environment – Must have transportation for school visits and on-site program evaluations.
Physical demands – Active participation in sports programs indoors and outdoors.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $22,522 – $48,000 per year

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Occasional weekend or evening events as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2+ years of program management experience (preferred)
5+ years of sports coaching experience (preferred)
