Zamp HR recently joined Engage Professional Employer Organization (PEO) network as a way to expand our services for clients. We provide a full array of HR services, including payroll, benefits, retirement, HR training, and workers compensation to small and large businesses alike.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Human Resource Business Partner to join our Team. You will be working hand in hand with our HR director and fellow HR business partners to provide support to our 450+ clients. With our current growth trajectory, we are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to meet challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Duties Include:

• Traveling onsite to clients
• Work closely with executive team members to better understand the needs of our clients
• Coach, lead and mentor clients in all aspects of HR
• Working as a team to grow and develop as a whole and individually

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years HR experience
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and enjoy working with people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert at providing superb customer service via phone and in person
• Expert at building and maintaining client relationships

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• HRCI or SHRM certified
