    We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging Energy, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is capable of working well independently and as a member of our team and who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion. The Human Resources Generalist will partner with employees at all levels of the organization to provide support with talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, employee training, coaching, and planning for performance in accordance with company objectives. Performs a wide range of human resources functions. Duties include but not limited to Full Cycle recruiting, hiring and training new and existing employees. Manage payroll, maintain vital employee records and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. The HR Generalist will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality.

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    FULL Cycle Recruiting - Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

    Track status of background investigations, escalate any issues to the Director of HR, and send new hire paperwork to applicants.

    Conduct new hire orientation, review and disposition onboarding paperwork, and track and ensure all requisite training is completed.

    Help implement, track, and drive the completion of a wide variety of training, quality, and other programs.

    Assist with the performance review process and employee recognition programs.

    Backup for bi-weekly timekeeping reports for payroll.

    Perform routine tasks, including the completion, processing, and filing of various forms, required to administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance; productivity, recognition, and morale; quality, and occupational health and safety; and training and development.

    Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

    Participate in or handle employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.

    Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

    Perform research and audits on HR processes and documents as needed.

    Complete special projects, such as updating job descriptions.

    Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

    Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Interprets and communicates company policies related to employees, including benefits, workplace safety, conduct, confidential information, compensation, and disciplinary action

    Stays abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Participates and plans employee engagement activities and company events, including employee recognition programs, town hall events, community services events, and more.

    Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    Minimum 2+ years of Human Resources experience with a broad exposure to HR activities.

    HR Certifications are a plus.

    Physical Requirements:

    Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.

    Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.

    Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc.

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.

    Pay: $26 hourly to $30 hourly

    The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

    Schedule:

    8-hour shift Mondays – Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
