TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (TSM) - SOUTHERN FLORIDA

PURPOSE: THE TERRITORY SALES MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO BUILD AND OWN RELATIONSHIPS, INCREASE MARKET SHARE WHILE PROMOTING AND MARKETING ALL PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED BY ZOA ENERGY.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Status: Full-time
Compensation: $55k - $65k
BONUS ELIGIBLE
MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT
No Relocation
Remote resides in Southern Florida
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Build a positive rapport with customers and distributors within a defined territory; understand the opportunities, customer issues, challenges and be responsive in answering questions and provide adequate responses in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and develop distributor networks to ensure maximum brand awareness and growth
Call on distributors and retail accounts in all channels of business
Meet and exceed sales budgets deliverables through margins and profitability
Ensure efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars
Ensure that all key strategies and objectives are executed as designed
Execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as defined within the assigned territory
Increase sales and market share while contributing to the overall profitability of the company
Stay abreast of product knowledge on all new & existing product lines while understanding products offered by competitors in the marketplace
Submit regular recaps outlining objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities
Participate in sales/business meetings and presentations
Execute a well-balanced call cycle to ensure full territory management
Represent the company with high character, integrity, and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
0 - 3 years sales/and or management experience, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage, consumer products industry or working directly with a beverage company
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
Excellent communications skills (verbal/written)
Bilingual, a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills
Effective listener, problem solver and solutions builder
Build, maintain and support the company brand
Highly self-motivated and proactive
Self-starter
Ability to work independently and as a team
Adaptable and flexible in all situations
Function in a high-paced and stressful environment
Out of the box thinker
OTHER:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
Ability to travel 90%
