Zelle HR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver amazing customer service over the phone to a very well established company in Lincoln, NE.

As a Customer Service Representative you will…

• Be introduced to the company to provide customers the highest level of service
• Provide excellent customer experience to each caller.
• Work closely with other departments within the organization.
• Be prepared to spend 90% of your day interacting with customers.
• Assist with processing paperwork as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
