Job Description

Rosebud, a mobile home community located in Bridgeview, IL, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for the sales and/or leasing of new and pre-owned homes at this community and two associated communities.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Makes sales presentations prospective residents and meet/exceed annual sales goals.
• Tracks sales and prospects in systems. Follow up with all sales/lease prospect.
• Prepares sale/lease paperwork and close with the customer. Complete move in of new resident in system.
• Coordinates and oversees all sales events and activities, such as open houses, resident functions to promote sales. Promotes all sales programs offered at property.
• Monitors home inventory as needed to ensure homes are neat and clean and ready for showing.
• Provides excellent customer service to prospective buyers/lessees according to Zeman standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous home sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to persuade and overcome objections.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and keep track of multiple prospects/tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing law.
• Computer proficiency; Working experience using Google Suite, Rent Manager and Back Office preferred.
• A current, valid driver's license from the State
• Reliable Transportation in order to show homes.
